All our parcels leave us on a next day delivery service and in 99% of cases of cases will arrive
to you next day. Sometimes, however, It can take up to 2 days for delivery. All our orders
are well packed in a polystyrene box, with gel packs before being dispatched to
maintain the required temperature.
Downies use Royal Mail for our delivery services throughout the
U.K.
Delivery costs are as follows:
£20 for orders under £100
All orders over £100 are shipped free,
Your delivery costs will be clearly shown at the checkout facility as you complete your online
order.
All product, whether fresh or frozen, is securely packaged and covered in frozen gel packs which
ensures your order remains chilled or frozen during transit.

Whitehills.
We are open from 08:30 am to 5:00 pm on Mondays to Friday and 08:30 amd to 1:00 pm on
Saturday.
