All our parcels leave us on a next day delivery service and in 99% of cases of cases will arrive
to you next day. Sometimes, however, It can take up to 2 days for delivery. All our orders
are well packed in a polystyrene box, with gel packs before being dispatched to
maintain the required temperature.
With more than a 150 year tradition of quality fresh fish; Downies select only the best of catch at local fish markets.
To ensure that only quality fresh Scottish fish is available to customers, Alan Downie specially selects fish at the local markets on a daily basis, once selected the fish is quickly transported to our factory here in Whitehills for processing by our skilled team. We smoke our own fish and our award winning Cullen Skink is freshly made on site on a daily basis.
We buy seasonally thus ensuring that our customers receive the freshest product at a fantastic price
Our factory is BRC, SALSA and MSC certified and we process fish for both retail and wholesale clients.

We are open from 08:30 am to 5:00 pm on Mondays to Friday and 08:30 amd to 1:00 pm on Saturday.
